GROUND FLOOR
A large living room shares two lounges, one with a fireplace, and the open kitchen with its dining area. This completely open kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range products. A laundry room and pantry are located in the basement. Continuing from the guest lounge, you’ll find the cinema room, then the first bedroom and its bathroom room.
UPSTAIRS
The staircase above the fireplace leads to a spacious office, and a bathroom. The other staircase leads to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a breathtaking view over the garden and the Alpilles mountains. It has a dressing room and bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom, and its windows overlook the vineyards of Provence. The third bedroom offers one more space than the others, with a small desk. It faces the Alpilles mountains. On the second floor, you’ll find the last bedroom, with its separate dressing room and shower room. Its special feature is a unique postcard view over Eygalières. The house is equipped with a Bang & Olufsen quality sound system.
POOL HOUSE AND GARDEN
The garden offers a variety of spaces for relaxation. There are four terraces between the south and north sides of the house. Both sunset and sunrise are visible from these terraces, making for a magical moment. The largest of these is on the Pool House level, with a table for 10 and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen. The heated swimming pool measures 17x4m and faces the Alpilles mountains. As you stroll through the garden, you’ll come across a lake and a boat in which you can sail. A tennis court and a wooden fitness trail in the hillside. The petanque court overlooks the garden. The pine forest offers relaxation with its hammock and breathtaking view of the hilltop village. The landscaped garden, planted with Mediterranean species, also includes a vegetable garden.
